Terms of Use

WearWin uses Apple's Standard License Agreement. Your use of the WearWin iOS app is governed by Apple Inc.'s Standard End-User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated here by reference in full. The terms below add app-specific clauses required by Apple's App Store Guidelines; they do not modify the EULA.

1. The service

WearWin (the "App") is a personal wardrobe and cost-per-wear tracker provided by WearWin ("we", "us", "our") for use on iPhone via the App Store. The App is licensed, not sold.

2. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

WearWin Plus is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's in-app purchase system. By starting a subscription you authorise the following:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your selection) at the standard price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription, where applicable.

3. Pricing

Current pricing is displayed inside the App prior to purchase. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable; Apple is the merchant of record for all in-app purchases.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue refunds on Apple's behalf.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer the App, attempt to extract source code, abuse the rate-limited APIs, or upload content you do not have rights to. Violations may result in termination of access.

6. Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account and associated data from Account > Delete account inside the App. Deletion is irreversible: photos, looks, wears, and statistics are wiped from our database and storage; subscription management remains with Apple.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, WearWin disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the App or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
